Candles play a critical role in many rites, rituals, celebrations, divination, and sorts of craft. It's good to understand that the spells are not limited to their uses. Creating a strong basis with both of these applications can enable you to grow your own magic and intuitions, rather than merely copying others. The most important aspect to first address is the significance of the shades of the candles. While it differs and the list given is by no way a full list, it is a clear explanation of the colors of the candle. That will give you an indication of which colors to use while creating your own magic in the scenario. The shape of the candle does not need much attention; instead, it is more important to choose the best hue for your case. In fact, anything can be used to perform a spell casting session, whether it's long, short, circular or square.
Color Meanings
White- Divinity, purification, spiritual enlightenment, clairvoyance, cleansing, healing, seeking the truth, innocence, clairity, purity, peace, truth and emotional healing
Black-Protection, if burnt with another color dissolves negative energies associate with that color, hex-breaking and reversals, binding, banishing, healing and repelling
Red-Passion, energy, vitality, strength, sex, health, love, protection, fire, fertility, fast action, potency, physical attraction, courage, desire, will power and desire
Orange-Justice, cleanses bad attitudes, situations and even places, happiness, can b used towards business deals, attracting positivity, success, used for careers and goals, attracts friends, and courage
Yellow-Intelligence, intellect, honor, wisdom, inspiration and creativity, help with studying, concentration, memory, logic, attraction, psychic powers, stability, cheerfulness
Green-Growth, money, prosperity, wealth, success, health and physical healing, fertility, employment, marriage, balance, earth and nature
Blue-communication, truth, peace, inspiration, protection, harmony, loyalty, weight loss, health and healing, understanding, contentment
Purple-spirituality, manifestation and selflessness, compassion, contacting the higher self, if used with a white candle it can neutralize the effects of karma and the ego, confidence, hidden knowledge, protection, most commonly used during divination
Pink-nurturing, compassion, healing, joy, devotion, love, tenderness, faithfulness, spiritual healing, romance, spiritual love, intimacy, affection, friendship
